Hi there! I opened Trados Studio 2022, as usual, to do my work. A window popped up, saying I have to log in or activate license. I have a 12 month subscription, bought in May 2025, so I tried to log in. Upon log in I received the following message: "The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product." I followed the steps on the Customer service portal which said I should reset my license. However, I cannot see my license under „Products and Plans”. It says: "You have no licenses". I can only see the order number, but under activation and expiry date, there is no data. If I scroll down, there is a message saying: "Are you looking for a trial or paid subscription, but cannot see it here? Check out the new RWS Account Portal". But here I can only see that my license is active, I cannot find any reset option. I also tried deleting all the memorised devices, but Trados still won't work. Could you help me please?
