I’ve purchased the following product earlier today: Trados Freelance Annual Saver
I downloaded the installation file (TradosStudio2024SR1_18.1.2.6370) and ran it on my computer.
From my understanding, for the Trados Freelance Annual Saver (subscription) plan, there is no traditional activation code. Instead, you activate the software by logging in with your RWS account credentials within the Trados Studio application.
However, when I do that, I get a message saying my subscription has expired.
I've been going through the various forums but I haven't found an answer to this issue.
I've also been in touch with your colleague Ana Maria via the chat on https://account.rws.com/ and despite her help, I still haven't been able to resolve my issue.
Any help on this would be much appreciated.
