Hello, I have a technical question about Trados Studio 2022. I have a perpetual license. At some point, it stopped ‘seeing’ the packages, all Trados files started to display with the MemoQ icon, so I uninstalled it, and now I cannot reinstall it. An error

I have a perpetual license of Studio 2022.  At some point, Tradis stopped ‘seeing’ the packages, all Trados files started to display with the MemoQ icon, so I uninstalled it, and now I cannot reinstall it. An error window pops up: ‘Problem was aborted’ and instructing me to generate a debug log and contact support.
Find the log attached.
None of the methods discussed on the RWS website work.
Could you please help me with reinstalling Trados?
