Request: Need to reset license (Trados 2022)

I've been having issues with my PC for a while and needed to switch to different PCs for a few times recently. Now the following message appears and can't activate the license:

"You can only reset your license 3 times within 12 months, it appears you have exceeded this limitation and the option to reset your license is no longer available. If you are having issues with your license and need further help please click here to log a request with the support team."

Would you be able to reset my license or clear the reset limit? I'm still having some issues with my PCs so if you could clear the reset limit for now, that'd be very helpful.

I really need your help.
