License expired,

Question

Hi, 
 I'm a Studio user for more than a decade now, and I've problems with my licence os Studio 2021. I've bought the license and i was working with it until october 2025, when I've to migrate to Windows111 When I wantd to desactivate my previous licence to activate it on my new computer, here what I got:

But I have a permanent license... 
 Could you help me to retreive my license, I'm currently loosing a lot of jobs because of this.

Hi Dominique Martin 
 Most likely you are logged in with a wrong e-mail address. Under your name there are 4 registered e-mail addresses. 
 But have you already tried deactivating from Trados, Help - Product activation?
