It does not work as there is no "deactivate offline" button in my RWS account. only an "activate offline" button. Also it requires a installation ID, where can I find it? I need to deactivate the license from a previous computer.

The license is Available - so you cannot deactivate it since it is not in use. You just need to activate it now.

I was able to activate it in the new Windows 11 PC. I have two licenses. One is in a previous Windows 10 PC, another is in a Windows 11 laptop. Should I deactivate the Windows 11 laptop and then reactivate it? 

Does it still work when the account has be reset? I saw it still shows activated but not sure if it encounters any issues later.

You have one license for SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus - this entitles you to two activation fulfilments, meaning you can activate it on two computers. But it's the same license, not two separate ones.

Currently, you have one activation fulfilment in use and one free

If you just activated it on the Windows 11 laptop, I suggest you check the version installed on Windows 10, it might need activations too - since the license was reset. There is no need to deactivate it on the Win11 laptop.

Thanks. It is a bit confusing to me.

I just replaced a windows 10 desktop with a new windows 11 desktop. I was able to activate the new windows 11 desktop.

My question is if I should I reactivate the windows 11 laptop I already had. There is no activation button but only deactivation button. But since it is reset, so this should not work anymore. But it still shows activated. So my question if I should deactivate this windows 11 laptop I had and activate it again. Or should I just leave it as it is as long as it works? Or will it be automatically deactivated after a number of days after the reset? Hope it is clear to you now.

Thank you for clarifying this, so basically you have two laptops now with Windows 11, you activated the license on the new one and on the older one Trados is still active.

It probably did not register yet the reset - if it deactivates, you are going to need to activate it again.
