Trados Studio 2024, version 18.1.2.6370 keeps crashing despite extensive professional IT assistance

Hello Everyone,

I have been working with TRADOS for several years and have come upon a brand new and pervasive problem. Last Friday, the software suddenly started crashing after anywhere from 3 to 27 minutes. I am translating a project that consists of three large XLF files with lots of code, but this is par for my job and I have never had this issue before. Nearly a week later, the pro IT team from my work has not managed to find a solution. Here is my list of troubleshoots from IT. I am working on a Lenovo laptop, but a colleague has tried multiple times on a more higher performance computer to no avail.
