Studio 2024 activation - maximum number of registered devices reached

Hello,

Studio 2024 is installed on my desktop and my laptop.

On the RWS site, the license is called "Trados Freelance Annual Saver" (.

I have no problem deactivating the license on the laptop, but when i try to activate it on the desktop (after an overnight waiting time), I get an error message:

"Your Cloud account has reached the maximum number of registered devices for the current subscription".

I have already used Studio on both computers, though, so I would just like to know how the transfer of license works, to be able to switch between 2 computers without waiting.

On the RWS license page, no code or link can be used to actively effectuate the transfer.
