Restarting SDL Trados 2019 after a break and with a new HD

Question

Hello, I am trying to restart working with SDL Trados 2019 after changing my HD and a long break. 
 I reloaded SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 since I bought the license on 01-31-2019 with no expiration date. But the installation seems to get lazy since it stopped when charging the plug-ins. I remember experiencing the same problem about 10 years ago but don't remember the routine which consistsg to deactivate the licence to reactivate it later. Could somebody be kind enough to help me solving this problem?

Hi Thierry Bourguet 
 What Windows do you have? The activation can be done either online or offline, but it might be related to Windows compatibility since you have Trados 2019. 
 If you have Windows 11 try the following steps: 
 In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test). 
 Then try again offline activation as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039784 .
