License activation issue after resetting on new laptop

Hi everyone,

I recently bought a new laptop and installed Trados Studio 2021, but I’m unable to activate my license.

It seems the license is still linked to my previous laptop.
I already reset the license via the SDL Licensing Portal,
but activation on the new laptop still fails.

In my RWS Account, the license status keeps showing “In Use: 1” even after the reset.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
