Passolo licence server not working

Question

Hello, 
 When I am trying to activate licence by connecting to the license server, it is not working. I am getting the following error: 
 "An error occured while requesting a license. 
 Click Retry to try again." 
 
 I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the tool. Nothing changed. 
 Can you please help?
