I have a license for SDL Trados Studio 2024 Freelance and I need to move it to a new computer. Until recently, I was able to see all my licenses for previous versions, along with the download packages, in my account section. Now I cannot see any of them; everything has disappeared. As a result, I cannot download SDL Trados Studio 2024 Freelance, which I need in order to install it on my new computer.
Has the server address changed, or has my data somehow been removed? When I asked the support bot, it said that I do not have a license, even though I have been using Trados for over 25 years and have purchased all updates. I am very disappointed.
