Problems with deactivating and reactivating the license - Trados Studio 2024

Hello,

we need to deactivate and reactivate our license for Trados Studio 2024, but every time we try to do it, the following error occurs.

We've been trying to deactivate all the previous licenses many times in order to activate the one we recently purchased, but the same message appears: "An error occurred while retrieving your license. Error ID: 1777" (see screenshot below)
