I can't deactivate the Trados 2021 SR" license in my computer since I wanna reinstall Windows. I get a message "there are multiple instances open (...), please close them before", or "revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded". Previously there was another message abour provider address being wrong or something like that...
These first two one came after I updated to an update i had missed out . Offline deactivation authorization also does not work....
