I am transferring my licence from old laptop with Windows 10 to new one with Windows 11.
I can't deactivate Studio on the old laptop.
Have tried online and offline, generation of certificate gives error.
I had a similar problem last year when installing on new desktop and managed to solve it with RWS Community.
I am using SDL Trados Studio 2019
