Hello,
I tried deactivating one of my computers (have 2021 freelance plus), but since neither online nor offline deactivation worked, I reset the activation for that machine.
After resetting the activation, I checked my computer, but it still showed as activated.
So, when I tried deactivating, it showed this message, and the software turned off because it's not activated.
"Deactivation failed. - Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded."
Please help.
I need to change my computer.
