Unable to activate my Trados Licence

Hello,

Due to recurring issues with Trados Studio, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application multiple times, but the problem persisted. I then performed a fresh installation of Windows in an attempt to resolve it. However, I am now unable to activate my licence because it appears to have been reset several times during the troubleshooting process.

Could you please advise me on how to reactivate the licence?
