Activating on a computer where I reinstalled Windows and all pieces of software

Hello

What should I input and where to activate my new installation?
I have the licence number (for Freelance Plus, Studio 2022) but the system is asking for other parameters (Activation code, installation ID, certificate).

NB
1 The first video proposed is about deactivating.
2 You should indicate that in this forum, pressing Shift-Return launches a hitlist of possibly relevant exchanges and erases the draft question one is writing.
