Unable to activate my Trados License

I've bought a new computer.

I've desabled the Trados lincense in the old one - that now has been reset. Now my license is available, as you can see in my account page.

I've tried to enable it on-line. Error message (in Spanish, translated by myself): "Activation error. Could not establish a connection to the activation server. Please check the server address in the supplier's settings. Error in the remote server: (403) Forbidden"

Now I try it off-line. Message: "The service is not available. Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService."

Please help
