The license codes are in your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses: oos.sdl.com/.../licenses.aspx

Dear Elisa, we have already checked there and we cannot find a licence called Network ... Maybe has it not been added?
I`ve checked your account just now and I can see a Trados Studio 2024 Professional (Network SN) license. Please make sure you`re logged in the correct account (with the same email address that you use here on Communities).
