Request to Transfer Account Email and Reset GroupShare License

We have an active Trados GroupShare license, but we are unable to access the RWS account associated with it because the old company email address is no longer in use. Therefore, we cannot log in to manage or deactivate the license.

We kindly request the following:

Transfer the RWS account to our new company email address.

Please advise how to proceed.
