I would like to deactivate the licence (Trados 2017) in use so I can then proceed with the available upgrade. Can you please assist?

My PC was sent to maintenance and I cannot deactivate it myself anymore. The online account shows that there is licence in use but I cannot operate from any device. When I tried to re-download and install it and activate the licence an error message pops up saying: Activation failed. The request was aborted. Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel. Can you please deactivate all the licence in use so I can do the upgrade?
