Hello,
I am having an issue where I cannot log in the cloud services with my Trados 2024 perpetual licence.
I have lost the capacity to do so a while ago, and assumed a subscription had lapsed, however it should not be, now I understand.
I have tried to reset the licence.
First, a notification box appears "Your session has expired."
And then "401 Account is terminated" message.
Please advise, thanks !
