Dear team,
I have a problem deactivating my sdl trados 2021 on my old computer: this message in the screenshot included says "desactivation has failed" I tried to desactivate Trados on my old computer in order to install it on the new one. So I tried everything: to desactivate it online and offline, nothing worked.
Can someone help me?
