Hi, 
 
 I am having problems activating my Trados Studio 2019 licence on a new computer after my old one crashed. I initially had problems resetting the licence, but managed to do this two days ago. When I try to activate the licence, I get the following error message: 
 &ldquo;Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. &ndash; The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.&rdquo; 
 
 My Trados version is "SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.8.3007" 
 
 I would be really grateful for any help.
