I hope you can help me with an issue I am experiencing with Trados Studio 2024.

Over the past months, I have been using Trados Studio as part of my university course on translation technologies at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. My instructor guided us through the installation process, and I accessed the software using my university credentials. Everything has always worked smoothly, and my access has been completely free as part of the course.

Today, however, when I tried to open the software, a message appeared saying that my license has expired. From the window that opens automatically, I am unable to change or manage the license in any way. When I log into my account, I cannot find any subscriptions, submissions, or licenses at all. My account appears completely empty.

As a student—and not particularly confident with technical issues—I am unsure how to resolve this. I would be grateful for guidance on what steps I should take or whether there is something I need to request through my university.
