License activation error: Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService

Question

Hi, 
 I have a SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus license and Studio is installed and activated on my old computer. Now I want to use the second license on my new computer. Therefore I installed a test version under Windows 11. There were no issues. When the test version expired I wanted to activate the remaining second license on this computer but I get the following error message: The requested service is not available: Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService 
 So I tried an offline activation but after copying the activation code into the corresponding textbox no Installation ID is generated. 
 Any idea how I can solve this problem?

Hello Antje Schadebrodt 
 Follow these steps before activating the license: In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test). Then try again offline activation.
