Problem with License Reset

Hello everyone,

I would like to reset my license for SDL Passolo 2018, but every time I click on “Reset License,” I am redirected to the following link: Customer Service Portal - RWS Customer Support
When I try to log in to this website, I am redirected to the same page every time without even getting to the login window.

Since I had to reset the original device I was logged in on, I can't use offline deactivation either.
However, I had previously deactivated the license on this device, so I'm surprised that the license is shown as being in use.
