Hi team, we have 2 SDL Trados Studio 2021 Professional (Network SN) licenses.
When I try to deactivate them on our server, I am getting an error "Provider error occured, code: 0. Could not connect to the activation server. ". When I login to our account I see there only the "Reset License" link that will take me to gateway.rws.com/csm.
When I deactivate the Studio, I get "The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product".
The online page still says that we have 2 used licenses out of two.
What can I deactivate them?
