Hi, 

I use Studio 2021 Professional. When I replaced my laptop, I forgot (actually, I didn't know) to deactivate the Studio license on my old one. I tried resetting it, but deactivation was unsuccessful.

Problem 1. I've already tried resetting the license , so the reset button is no longer visible.

Problem 2. When I try to activate the license, I get a warning message saying, "Could not activate this license. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code. Open connection settings."

Problem 3. Where can I find my installation ID? 

What are the steps and required information for deactivating and activating Studio 2021 Professional?

Please explain it clearly and specifically, as if you were explaining it to a child.
