I have got an Offline deactivation ticket from you, which has been impossible to use because when I paste it in the message: An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request. When I click on your link I find an entire enciclopedy of articles to read, and that doesn't help me because I can't spend my life reading, and it doesn't give me the option to log the request, in fact it automatically signs me out. The point is that it has been IMPOSSIBLE to log in a support request and I haven't been able to deactivate. I have Trados in the computer that I want to install it ready to be activate it offline, but as your "log a support request" doesn't exist, I haven't been able to obtain the activation certificate (only the deactivation one, which has been totally useless so far). As you can see, I am furious, which is really painful. Can someone help me please?
