I have got an Offline deactivation ticket from you, which has been impossible to use because after entering it in the 'Activation Authorization' square, and clicking 'Confirm Offline Activation', it shows the message: An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request. When I click on your link for support it doesn't give me the option to log the support request, in fact it automatically signs me out. The point is that it has been IMPOSSIBLE to log a support request and I haven't been able to deactivate my license. I have Trados downloaded in the computer that I want to install it ready to be activated, but as your "Log a support request" doesn't exist, I haven't been able to obtain the activation certificate (only the deactivation one, which has been totally useless so far). As you can see, I am furious, which is really painful. Is there someone on the other side that can help me please? I would greatly appreciate it.
