Need help transferring Trados Studio 2017 to new computer

I recently purchased a new laptop and want to transfer my Trados Studio 2017 license from my old PC. I also have a Trados Studio 2022 license active on another laptop, but want to keep using the 2017 version as it performs better for my needs.

I don’t see any options to deactivate/activate the license on my account page, and am worried that deactivating on my old PC will cause this license to be lost altogether.
