Licence

Question

I have purchased SDL Trados two weeks ago but have not yet received anything regarding licence. What do I need to do??

Did you check your customer account? It should show the licence under "Products + Plans - Licenses".

Hi Susanna, I just checked your account and it is indeed in there as Walter suggested. Perhaps your email filter threw the mail notification into the trash? Regards Paul
