Your email is associated with 2 accounts, are you referring to Trados 2021 or Trados 2019?
Trados 2021 appears in use - did you deactivate it before trying to activate it on the new Notebook?

Thank you for answering me. Yes, I bought Trados 2021 after I changed my name. BLP ist the right name, not BE. Thought at that time, that this was the easiest way. No, I have not deactivate 2021 on my old iMac. Do I have to do this. I have right now current projects.
You can deactivate it after you finish the projects, but you can't activate it in the meantime on the new Notebook.
