Hello,
I have been in contact with support regarding a technical issue which initially showed the error message: "Error message (Unexpected exception when initializing view part ...fragments)". We have gone through all the suggested troubleshooting steps together, including a reinstallation of Trados.
Unfortunately, the problem persists and the program is still not working. The new error message that now appears is:
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object".
