Issue moving Trados 2017 to a new computer

Hello, 

I have a problem deactivating my licence for Trados 2017 either online or offline to migrate to a new computer. It used to work straight forward, but now I only get error messages. Also, I don't see a possibility to contact customer service to resolve the issue. Can anybody help me please?

    I still have issues. I thought the problem might be related to trying to deactivate the licence in Trados 2017, so I installed Trados 2019, but I still cannot deactivate the licence. In the meantime, I have also installed Trados 2019 on the other computer where I want to activate the licence, and it gives me a 30-day trial.

    Please help me deactivate Trados on the first computer so I can activate it on the other one. Preferably Trados 2017, because 2019 has Excel-related issues that were never resolved.

    I tried to add this to CS0033656, as mentioned in the e-mail, but I don't get access to it...
