Hi there,
we have a subscription for three Trados Studio Professional Users. One of our employees had issues with her work laptop, so while we were waiting for her new laptop to get to her, she activated the license on her personal laptop. When her new work laptop was finally put to use, she tried to activate the license there. The pop-up windows say:
Your selected account contains the following subscription: Trados Business Personal.
This package entitles you to activate Trados Studio. Do you want to activate it now?
Upon pressing "Activate", however, the following message appears:
Your cloud account has reached the maximum number of registered devices for the current subscription.
At that point, she deactivated the license on her personal laptop and on her previous work laptop. That happened a couple of days ago. However, she still cannot activate the license and the message in red keeps appearing. On the "License and subscription" page of our RWS account, it is not possible to deactivate those licenses. What shall we do now?
The installed version is Trados Studio 2022 SR2. Please let me know if you need more information. I am including a screenshot.
