Passolo 2018 License reset

Question

Hi, 
 I was trying to activate Passolo 2018 offline. The activation page was loading, but suddenly I was redirected to the home page and the activation certificate never appeared. 
 Now the system shows that the license is activated (in-use) , but I cannot deactivate it because it is not actually activated on any device. When I click Reset License , it redirects me to a knowledge base page instead. 
 I spoke with support via chat, and they suggested that I post the issue here so a ticket can be opened with technical support.
