Hi,

I have a problem in my Studio 2019 written as 'unexpected exception when initializing view part fragments'. I followed all of the recommendations to solve this problem from deletion of files in studio 15 fold to program repair, but the problem was not solved.

So, I'd like to re-install Studio 2019 in this computer.

1. I want to know whether the account deactivation and reactivation process is required even if the program is re-installed in the same computer. 

2. To prevent these problems, is there anything to manage or maintain for proper working of studio 2019?
