I would like some help with deactivation offline, please.
I own the old Trados Studio 2019 (for 2 computers) and wanted to deactivate one of them. Unfortunately, deactivation online does not work, but deactivation offline did not work either.
When I followed the instructions and pasted deactivation certificate generated by my software, I got the following error message "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please log a support request".
The unique activation ID is xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx, activated on 15-07-2024. Sorry, I cannot check the exact version of my Trados now because I cannot start it anymore - despite the error message, my Trados got deactivated.
Could you check if it was actually deactivated please?
