I would suggest to first follow the troubleshooting in this article from the Knowledge base:
They advise a repair for Trados among other things to verify in your computer.
Uninstalling may not solve the issue actually.
Also, kindly stick to one post on the forum - so we can follow the issues you may have and post about and to be able to advise accordingly with all the information in one post, making more posts won't solve them faster.
