Not able to deactivate the license from Studio 24 professional, also not able to log in to sumbit a ticket.
Dear Team, in brief my laptop crashed and I am not able to deactivate the license on the machine.
When trying to log in on this page https://gateway.rws.com/csm to submit a ticket it seems the website is not working properly, as we cannot login and hence we are not able to submit a ticket about this issue.
