I have an issue accessing my term bases. My student subscription expired and a few weeks passed before I could reactivate the account. After the reactivation I started getting a message that said that I can't access my term bases. 
I get this message on the desktop app of Trados Studio and also on the cloud version of Trados...

This happens with all my term bases not just the one for my current project. It happens with new projects as well. I'm a bit lost honestly and would like to know if there is a way for me to access and edit my terms.
