Unable to reset the computers linked to licenses

I’m writing because I'm currently blocked with an issue regarding our Trados 2022 and 2024 licenses. Specifically, we are unable to reset the computers linked to these licenses to free up the seats. All licenses are associated to my email.

Here are the details:

• Trados 2022: We are unable to reset the activation from the site.

• Trados 2024: We are getting an error message stating that we have exceeded the limit of 3 resets within 12 months.

We need to release a plugin update and we need to run some final tests and are currently stuck.
