Hi, we have Trados 2017 with a few licenses that we are trying to move from one server to another. Installing works fine but actually activating those licenses is not functioning. The error in the SDL License Manager tells me that "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel". That is one part of the problem at hand and I suppose it could have something to do with a locking code? I have one but according to the instructions I would have to go to the website http://kb.sdl.com, but that does not seem to be functioning. Is there a way to activate these licenses offline like single user licenses? Or is there some other way to do this?

So the two issues I have is the SSL/TLS secure channel error and the locking code that I don't know what to do with. Any chance of getting pointers on what to do next?
