Dear team,
I cannot open Trados 2021 and I have to deliver a project today...
I try to open the app in my computer and I get a message telling me that the service cannot be started ("No se ha podido iniciar el servicio").
What can I do in this case?

Thanks a lot for your help. I already tried Workaround 2 and cleaning residual folders from older projects, but the error persists. Could you please provide a solution that will allow the program to run on my system without losing my projects? Thanks a lot and kind regards!

Please also try this https://sdl.my.site.com/CommunityKnowledge?articleName=000001417 Don't worry, you won't lose your files, they are saved on your PC, usually in the Documents folder, unless you changed the path.

I have followed all previous instructions provided, including:
Renaming the configuration XML files (BaseSettings.xml, Plugincache.xml, UserSettings.xml)
Renaming the 16 and Studio16 folders in Roaming and Local AppData
Restarting Windows and checking for any running Trados/SDL processes
Running Trados Studio 2021 as administrator
Despite all these steps, Trados Studio 2021 still does not start and shows the error:
“The service could not be started.”
Could you please provide a clean installer for Trados Studio 2021 or a direct solution that allows it to run on my system without losing any projects?
