I’m writing to inquire about an issue with license activation.
I have SDL Trados Studio 2019 license. After purchasing a new computer recently, I reactivated the license on the new computer on December 9. At that time, entering the activation code alone did not work, so I completed the activation through the offline activation process instead as below.

But when I opened the program this morning, the activation window appeared again. I also received an email regarding a deactivation ticket as below.

However, I have not attempted to deactivate my license, so I’m not sure why this ticket was generated.
When I check the license usage status, it shows that the license is already in use on my computer, so I’m unable to proceed with offline activation again.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
