sdl.desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService error

I have this error and cannot start the Trados anymore. I was trying to add new version of InformationBox, uninstalled older version, tried to add the new one, but did not appear as installed in Trados. So I decided to restart the Trados, and then this error appears and cannot start the software anymore. I even restarted the computer but same thing. Some one can help me? I really need some help.

    - For Trados Studio 2022: `C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\17`

    - For Trados Studio 2021: `C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16`

**Step 4:** Optionally, you can run a repair installation of Trados Studio. To do this, go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, find Trados Studio, right-click on it, and select "Repair".

**Step 5:** Restart Trados Studio and check if the issue persists.

If the problem continues, you may also want to check the Local and Program Data folders for any additional instances of the Plugins folder and rename them as well.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please consider uninstalling and reinstalling Trados Studio, ensuring you run the installer as an administrator.
