Reset limiy - 3 times within 12 months - Cannot reset license anymore. Please help!

Hi,

Due to a recent disk crash I was not able to reset my Trados licence but now I need to install it again because one of my customers requires it.

Unfortunately I cannot activate my license anymore because of a reset maximum limit

Could you please activate it again for me? (I tried to log a case on  Customer Service Portal - RWS Customer Support but the page keeps refreshing itself and I could not proceed)
